Meet Vasco Barros
Cooking has been Vasco Barros’s passion since childhood. After completing his culinary training over a decade ago, he gained experience working in some of the finest kitchens in Lagos, Portugal.
His journey took him to France, where he honed his craft in a Michelin-starred restaurant. Enriched by that experience, Vasco returned home to pursue his dream — creating unique, private dining experiences that celebrate the essence of Portuguese cuisine.


Passionate about creativity and authenticity, Vasco develops his own recipes, blending traditional Portuguese flavors with modern inspiration.
Every dish he serves is a reflection of his dedication, imagination, and love for the art of cooking.
